Read the terms carefully – otherwise you lose everything!

I want to warn everyone who is considering renting a car through Discover Cars and their partners: Read the terms and conditions carefully! If you don’t pick up the car exactly on time, you will lose every penny. This is indeed stated in the agreement, but it is far from reasonable or customer-friendly.

My flight was delayed by an hour, and when I got to the rental place they refused to give me the car – even though I had paid for a whole week. I have not received any money back, and they claimed the car was no longer there. In other words, they had rented it out to someone else, even though I had already paid!

That a company can charge for a service that they do not deliver, and then sell it on, is completely unacceptable. Avoid this company if you don’t want to risk being scammed!

Hyrde bil i 20/December, än idag har jag inte fått tillbaka mina depositions pengar.
Efter 20 tal email växling fortfarande ber dem mig ha tålamod!!!!
De lurar folk på pengar, drar på tiden så att kunden ger upp!
